Circuit/System DescriptionThe solenoid valve directs fluid pressure to the clutch select valve, which controls the position of the valve.
DTC P0751, P0752 will set with a hydraulic/mechanical condition.

Conditions for Running the DTC- DTC P0101–P0103, P0106–P0108, P0171, P0172, P0174, P0175, P0201–P0208, P0300–P0308, P0401, P042E, P0716, P0717, P0722, P0723, P182E = Not set
- Accelerator Pedal Position=Greater than 0.5%
- Accelerator pedal position signal = Valid
- { P0751 }Commanded gear=1st Gear
- { P0752 }Commanded gear=3rd Gear
- Engine Speed=400 to 7,500 RPM
- Engine Torque Signal=Valid
- High Side Driver=Enabled
- Ignition Voltage=9 to 32 V
- Transmission=Not Shifting
- Transmission Fluid Temperature=Warmer than −6.6°C (20.1°F)
- Transmission Output Speed=Greater than 100 RPM
Frequency the DTC runs—After the running conditions are met—For greater than 5 s
Conditions for Setting the DTCP0751- Gear ratio 1.51 to 1.37 detected.
- Transmission slip=Greater than 400 RPM—For greater than 1 s
The above condition(s) must occur 8 times.
P0752- Transmission slip=Greater than 400 RPM—For greater than 2.5 s
- Gear Command=4th Gear
- Gear ratio 4.35 to 4.81 detected.—For greater than 15 s
The above conditions must occur in sequence 5 times

- If none of the DTCs are set
- Verify DTC P0751, P0752 is not set
- If none of the DTCs are set
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
