Front Suspension 4 Corner Leveling System Position Sensor Replacement
Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle.Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    2. Object ID: 5614397

    Note: Right side shown, left side similar.

  2. Disconnect the front suspension 4 corner leveling system position sensor link (2) from the electronic suspension front position sensor link ball stud (1).
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (3).

    4. Note: Right side shown, left side similar.

    Note: The front suspension 4 corner leveling system position sensor nut and stud are part of the sensor.

  4. Loosen the front suspension 4 corner leveling system position sensor (4).

  5. Remove the front suspension 4 corner leveling system position sensor (1) from the keyhole slot at the frame.
Installation Procedure

  1. Insert the front suspension 4 corner leveling system position sensor (1) into the keyhole slot at the frame.

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution.

  2. Tighten the front suspension 4 corner leveling system position sensor (4). Fastener Specifications
  3. Connect the electrical connector (3).
  4. Connect the front suspension 4 corner leveling system position sensor link (2) to the electronic suspension front position sensor link ball stud (1).
  5. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  6. Clear All Vehicle DTCs
