PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL MANIFOLD TO CYLINDER HEAD GASKET
2. INSTALL THROTTLE WITH THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR BODY ASSEMBLY
3. INSTALL AIR TUBE ASSEMBLY
Torque:
10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf}
4. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL VAPOR FEED HOSE
5. INSTALL NO. 1 INTAKE MANIFOLD TO HEAD GASKET
6. INSTALL NO. 1 VENTILATION FLANGE SEPARATOR
7. INSTALL NO. 5 AIR HOSE

(1) Install a new No. 5 air hose to the intake manifold and tighten the hose clamp.
Torque:
6.0 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}
HINT:
The direction of the clamp is the position shown in the figure.
8. INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD

(1) Install the No. 5 air hose to the air tube and tighten the hose clamp.
Torque:
6.0 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}
HINT:
The direction of the clamp is the position shown in the figure.
(2) Tighten the 2 bolts and 2 nuts in the order shown in the illustration.
Torque:
21 N·m {214 kgf·cm, 15 ft·lbf}

9. INSTALL INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR BRACKET
Torque:
21 N·m {214 kgf·cm, 15 ft·lbf}
10. INSTALL WATER BY-PASS HOSE

11. CONNECT ENGINE WIRE
Torque:
10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf}
12. INSTALL NO. 1 REMOVE TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR
Torque:
10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf}
13. INSTALL WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET
Torque:
10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf}
14. CONNECT NO. 1 FUEL VAPOR FEED HOSE
15. INSTALL NO. 4 WATER BY-PASS PIPE
(1) Install the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration
Torque:
10 N·m {102 kgf·cm, 7 ft·lbf}
NOTICE:
Temporarily tighten the 3 bolts, and then perform final tightening.
16. INSTALL ENGINE WIRE

17. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

20. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

21. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

22. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

23. INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING BATTERY TERMINAL
HINT:
When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
