REMOVAL
CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during battery state sensor assembly removal/installation are shown below.
HINT:
When the cable is disconnected / reconnected to the battery terminal, systems temporarily stop operating. However, each system has a function that completes learning the first time the system is used.

2. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

3. REMOVE BATTERY STATE SENSOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove spare wheel cushion.

(b) Disconnect the battery state sensor assembly connector. |

(c) Remove the nut and disconnect the earth wire from the battery state sensor assembly. |
|
|
(d) Loosen the nut and remove the battery state sensor assembly from the battery. |
