INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR BRACKET
(a) Install the No. 1 radiator bracket with the 2 bolts.
Torque:
6.0 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}
2. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY

3. INSTALL INLET HOSE

4. ADD WASHER FLUID
Click here
5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
Click here
6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER
Click here
7. INSTALL PIN HOLD CLIP
Click here
8. INSTALL NO. 2 SUB-RADIATOR DUCT
(a) Engage the guide and Install the No. 2 sub-radiator duct.
9. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR BRACKET
(a) Install the No. 2 radiator bracket with the 2 bolts and clip.
Torque:
6.0 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}
10. INSTALL SUB-RADIATOR ASSEMBLY WITH SUB RADIATOR DUCT
(a) Install the sub-radiator assembly with sub radiator duct with the 2 bolts and nut.
Torque:
6.0 N·m {61 kgf·cm, 53 in·lbf}
11. INSTALL NO. 3 SUB RADIATOR HOSE
(a) Install the No. 3 radiator hose to the sub radiator assembly and slide the clip to secure it.
(b) Connect the No. 3 radiator hose to the No. 2 radiator pipe and slide the clip to secure it.
12. INSTALL SUB RADIATOR HOSE ASSEMBLY
(a) Engage the 8 clamps to install the sub radiator hose assembly.
(b) Connect the sub radiator hose assembly to the sub radiator assemby and slide the clip to secure it.
(c) Connect the sub radiator hose assembly to the No. 1 radiator pipe and slide the clip to secure it.
13. INSTALL NO. 1 SUB-RADIATOR DUCT
(a) Engage the guide and clip to install the No. 1 sub-radiator duct.
14. CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

15. INSTALL AIR CLEANER WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE
Click here
16. INSTALL INLET NO. 1 AIR CLEANER
Click here
17. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
Click here
18. ADD ENGINE COOLANT
Click here
19. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
Click here
20. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
