NOTICE:

If the front seat cushion airbag assembly RH has been deployed, replace the front seat cushion airbag assembly RH, front seat adjuster assembly RH, separate type front seat cushion pad and separate type front seat cushion cover with the necessary parts in accordance with the extent of the collision damage.

After the ignition switch is turned off, the radio and display receiver assembly records various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the ignition switch off, make sure to wait at least 3 minutes before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

When the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal and the security lock setting has been enabled, multi-display operations will be disabled upon next startup unless the password is entered. Be sure to check the security lock setting before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. (for Audio and Visual System (for 8 Inch Display Type (w/ Single Knob Type) or 10.5 Inch Display Type))
for Gasoline Model

2. DISCONNECT SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER

3. REMOVE RECLINING HINGE COVER RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

4. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH
CAUTION:
When storing the front seat cushion airbag assembly RH, keep the airbag deployment side facing upward.

Deployment Side

(a) Disengage the 2 clamps and claw.
HINT:
Disengage the clamps first.
|
|
(b) Remove the 2 nuts.
NOTICE:
-
Do not reuse the nuts.
-
Make sure that the front seat adjuster assembly RH is not deformed. If it is deformed, replace it with a new one.
(c) Pass the airbag wire harness through the hole to remove the front seat cushion airbag assembly RH.
