1. DISCONNECT REAR SEAT CENTER LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK

4. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

5. REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER LH
Click here
6. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
7. REMOVE REAR UNDER SIDE COVER RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
8. REMOVE REAR UNDER COVER
|
(a) Disengage the 2 clips. |
|
(b) Disengage the 2 guides to remove it from the rear seat cushion leg sub-assembly.
9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 7 bolts and rear seat cushion leg sub-assembly. |
|
10. REMOVE NO. 1 EV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT
|
(a) Remove the clip and No. 1 EV battery intake duct from the battery cooling blower assembly. |
|
11. REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Disconnect the battery cooling blower assembly connector. |
|
(b) Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and the battery cooling blower assembly.
NOTICE:
- Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.
- Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.
