REMOVAL

The necessary procedures (adjustment, calibration, initialization, or registration) that must be performed after parts are removed and installed, or replaced during front seat inner belt assembly removal/installation are shown below.

NOTICE:
After the ignition switch is turned off, there may be a waiting time before disconnecting the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

HINT:
When the cable is disconnected / reconnected to the auxiliary battery terminal, systems temporarily stop operating. However, each system has a function that completes learning the first time the system is used.

PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat)

2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat)

3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Driver Side)
(a) for Manual Seat:
(1) Disconnect the connector.
(2) Disengage each clamp.

(3) Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.
(4) Remove the front seat belt anchor plate as shown in the illustration.

(b) for Power Seat:
(1) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(2) Disengage each clamp.

(3) Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.
(4) Remove the front seat belt anchor plate as shown in the illustration.

Remove in this Direction

4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY (for Front Passenger Side)
(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Disengage each clamp.

(c) Remove the nut and front seat inner belt assembly.
(d) Remove the front seat belt anchor plate as shown in the illustration.
