ALL READINESS

HINT:

  • With "All Readiness", you can check whether or not the DTC judgment has been completed by using the GTS.
  • You should check "All Readiness" after simulating malfunction symptoms or for validation after finishing repairs.

(a) Clear the DTCs even if no DTCs are stored.

Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Clear DTCs

(b) Turn the ignition switch off and wait for 2 minutes or more.

(c) Turn the ignition switch to ON.

(d) Perform the DTC judgment driving pattern to run the DTC judgment.

Powertrain > Hybrid Control > Utility

(e) Input the DTC to be confirmed.

(f) Check the DTC judgment result.

GTS Display

Description

If the judgment result shows INCOMPLETE, perform the DTC confirmation driving pattern again.

NORMAL

  • DTC judgment completed
  • System normal

ABNORMAL

  • DTC judgment completed
  • System abnormal

INCOMPLETE

  • DTC judgment not completed
  • Perform the driving pattern

(g) Turn the ignition switch off.

(b) Clear diagnosis related information.

(1) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Hybrid Control / Trouble Codes.

(2) Clear the diagnosis related information and Freeze Frame Data.

(3) Turn the ignition switch off.

SWITCH SPECIFICATION INFORMATION

HINT:

  • After replacing the hybrid vehicle control ECU, it is necessary to perform the vehicle specification information procedure for the ECU.
  • If the vehicle specification information has not been set, vehicle control history (RoB) will be stored.
  • After performing the Switch Specification Information procedure, use the data monitor of the GTS to check that the vehicle information has changed, and when the procedure is completed, perform a health check using the GTS and confirm that there are no DTCs stored.
