1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

3. DRAIN ENGINE OIL

4. REMOVE OIL PRESSURE AND TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Click here
5. DISCONNECT NO. 6 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

(a) Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 6 water by-pass hose from the oil filter bracket sub-assembly. |

6. DISCONNECT NO. 5 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
|
(a) Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 5 water by-pass hose from the oil cooler assembly. |
|
7. REMOVE OIL FILTER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and oil filter bracket sub-assembly. |
|
|
(b) Remove the 2 O-rings from the oil pan sub-assembly. |
|
8. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and oil cooler assembly from the oil filter bracket sub-assembly. |
|
|
(b) Remove the 3 oil cooler gaskets from the oil cooler assembly. |
