PROCEDURE
1. DRAIN ENGINE OIL

2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

3. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY

4. REMOVE NO. 1 TURBO INSULATOR
5. SEPARATE TURBO OIL OUTLET PIPE
6. DISCONNECT NO. 2 AIR HOSE
7. DISCONNECT NO. 2 VACUUM TRANSMITTING HOSE
8. DISCONNECT WIRE HARNESS
9. REMOVE TURBO OIL INLET PIPE UNION BOLT
10. DISCONNECT NO. 1 TURBO WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
11. REMOVE TURBOCHARGER SUB-ASSEMBLY
NOTICE:
If a stud bolt is deformed or its threads are damaged, replace it.
(1) Remove the 7 nuts and collar.
(2) Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 1 stud bolts.
12. REMOVE EXHAUST MANIFOLD TO HEAD GASKET
13. DISCONNECT COMPRESSOR INLET ELBOW
14. REMOVE TURBO OIL INLET PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
15. REMOVE NO. 1 TURBO WATER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
16. REMOVE TURBO WATER PIPE GASKET
17. REMOVE STUD BOLT
