Condition 1:

  • When the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, the ECM detects a malfunction in the internal cancel circuit for 0.4 seconds or more.

Condition 2:

  • When the dynamic radar cruise control system is operating, the ECM detects a malfunction in the internal STP signal circuit for 0.2 seconds or more.

CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs.

Powertrain > Cruise Control > Clear DTCs

(b) Make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.

HINT:

If the detection conditions are not met, the system cannot detect the malfunction.

(c) Check for DTCs.

Powertrain > Cruise Control > Trouble Codes
