PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE LOWER CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

4. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. DISCONNECT FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

6. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL

7. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

8. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

9. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

10. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

11. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

12. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

13. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for TMMMS Made)
(a) Disconnect each connector.
(b) Disengage the 2 clamps.

(c) Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and ECU integration box RH.

14. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH (for TMC Made)
(a) Disconnect each connector.
(b) Disengage the 2 clamps.

(c) Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and ECU integration box RH.

15. REMOVE CENTRAL GATEWAY ECU (NETWORK GATEWAY ECU) (for TMMMS Made)
(a) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the central gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) as shown in the illustration.

Remove in this Direction
|
NOTICE:
-
If the ECU integration box RH is deformed or damaged, replace it.
-
Do not bend the 2 claws more than necessary.
16. REMOVE CENTRAL GATEWAY ECU (NETWORK GATEWAY ECU) (for TMC Made)
(a) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the central gateway ECU (network gateway ECU) as shown in the illustration.

NOTICE:
-
If the ECU integration box RH is deformed or damaged, replace it.
-
Do not bend the 2 claws more than necessary.
