PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Fully Sealed Type)

4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Non-Fully Sealed Type)
Click here
5. DRAIN CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID
Click here
6. DISCONNECT NO. 2 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
(a) Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose from the transmission oil cooler.

7. DISCONNECT INLET WATER HOSE
(a) Slide the clip and disconnect the inlet water hose from the transmission oil cooler.

8. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER
(a) Remove the 3 bolts and transmission oil cooler from the transaxle housing.

(b) Remove the 2 O-rings from the transaxle housing.
