1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE REAR ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Fully Sealed Type)

4. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Non-Fully Sealed Type)

5. DRAIN CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

6. DISCONNECT NO. 2 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

(a) Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 water by-pass hose from the transmission oil cooler. |
|
7. DISCONNECT INLET WATER HOSE
|
(a) Slide the clip and disconnect the inlet water hose from the transmission oil cooler. |
|
8. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER
|
(a) Remove the 3 bolts and transmission oil cooler from the transaxle housing. |
|
|
(b) Remove the 2 O-rings from the transaxle housing. |
