REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL RH

Click here 2023 - 2025 MY Corolla Corolla Hatchback Corolla HV GR Corolla [09/2022 -        ]; MAINTENANCE: TIRE AND WHEEL: REMOVAL

2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH (for Hatchback)

(a) except GR:

(1) As shown in the illustration, pull the front bumper assembly horizontally to release each claw and disengage the front fender liner retainer.

Remove in this Direction (1)

Remove in this Direction (2)

(2) Remove the clip and 3 screws.

(3) Remove the 2 grommets and 5 screws.

(4) Remove the 8 clips and front fender liner RH.

(b) for GR:

(1) As shown in the illustration, pull the front bumper assembly horizontally to release the claw and disengage the front fender liner retainer.

Remove in this Direction

(2) Remove the 2 clips and 3 screws.

(3) Remove the 2 grommets and 6 screws.

(4) Remove the 9 clips and front fender liner RH.

3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH (for Sedan)

(a) As shown in the illustration, pull the front bumper assembly horizontally to release each claw and disengage the front fender liner retainer.

Remove in this Direction (1)

Remove in this Direction (2)

(b) Remove the 2 clips and 3 screws.

(c) Remove the 2 grommets and 5 screws.

(d) Remove the 8 clips and front fender liner RH.

4. DRAIN WASHER FLUID (for Hatchback)

(a) Disconnect the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.

HINT:

Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

5. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (for Hatchback)

(a) Disconnect the connector and washer hose.

Remove in this Direction

(b) Remove the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.

6. DRAIN WASHER FLUID (for Sedan)

(a) Disconnect the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump assembly, and drain the washer fluid.

HINT:

Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

7. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (for Sedan)

(a) Disconnect the connector.

Remove in this Direction

(b) Remove the windshield washer motor and pump assembly as shown in the illustration.

8. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR BUSH

(a) Remove the windshield washer jar bush from the washer jar.
