INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL NO. 2 HV SUPPLY STACK SUB-ASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
(a) Install the No. 2 HV supply stack sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.
Torque:
7.5 N·m {76 kgf·cm, 66 in·lbf}
(b) Engage the claw.
2. INSTALL NO. 1 HV SUPPLY STACK SUB-ASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
(a) Install the No. 1 HV supply stack sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.
Torque:
7.5 N·m {76 kgf·cm, 66 in·lbf}
(b) Engage the claw.
(c) Connect the connector.
NOTICE:
Make sure that the connector is connected securely.
(d) Connect the connector.
NOTICE:
Make sure that the connector is connected securely.
3. INSTALL NO. 2 HV BATTERY PROTECTOR

4. INSTALL BATTERY ECU ASSEMBLY

5. INSTALL NO. 1 HV BATTERY PROTECTOR
CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
(a) Engage the 2 claws to install the No. 1 HV battery protector to the No. 2 HV battery protector.
(b) Install the 3 nuts.
Torque:
7.5 N·m {76 kgf·cm, 66 in·lbf}
(c) Engage the clamp to connect the wire harness.
6. INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
(a) Install the No. 1 hybrid battery shield sub-assembly to the HV battery with the nut.
Torque:
7.5 N·m {76 kgf·cm, 66 in·lbf}
(b) Engage the clamp.
7. INSTALL NO. 1 HV BATTERY HOSE

8. INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT
CAUTION:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
(a) Install the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct to the HV battery with the clip.
(b) Engage the claw of hybrid battery thermistor (sensor portion) to connect the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct.
9. INSTALL HYBRID BATTERY TERMINAL BLOCK

10. INSTALL HV BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY WITH NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY

11. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

12. INSTALL HV BATTERY

13. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
