PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE COOLER THERMISTOR BRACKET
(a) Disengage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration to remove the cooler thermistor bracket.

2. REMOVE MOTOR COVER
(a) Disengage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration to remove the motor cover.

3. REMOVE SWING GRILLE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Remove the swing grille actuator assembly as shown in the illustration.

4. REMOVE MOTOR COVER
|
(a) Disengage the 4 clamps. |
|
|
(b) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the motor cover. |
|
5. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL
|
(a) Remove the No. 1 radiator grille seal. |
|
6. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL
|
(a) Remove the No. 2 radiator grille seal. |
|
7. REMOVE NO. 3 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL
|
(a) Remove the 2 No. 3 radiator grille seals. |
|
8. REMOVE NO. 4 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL
|
(a) Remove the No. 4 radiator grille seal. |
|
9. REMOVE NO. 4 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL
|
(a) Remove the No. 4 radiator grille seal. |
|
10. REMOVE NO. 5 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL
|
(a) Remove the No. 5 radiator grille seal. |
