PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CENTER BRACE
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and front floor center brace from the vehicle body.

2. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR
CAUTION:
To prevent burns, do not touch the engine, exhaust pipe or other high temperature components while the engine is hot.
(a) Disconnect the heated oxygen sensor connector.
|
|
(b) Disengage the 2 clamps.
(c) Remove the wire harness clamp bracket from the heated oxygen sensor.
(d) Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly (TWC: Front and Rear Catalyst).
SST: 09224-00012
NOTICE:
If the heated oxygen sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.
