2. REMOVE ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE SENSOR
(a) Disconnect the engine oil temperature sensor connector.

(b) Using SST, remove the engine oil temperature sensor from the timing chain cover sub-assembly. SST: 09817-33191 NOTICE: If an engine oil temperature sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it. |

(c) Remove the gasket from the engine oil temperature sensor.
