PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR COVER

(a) Remove the 11 clips and luggage compartment door cover. |
|
2. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY

3. REMOVE LUGGAGE DOOR LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Wireless Door Lock System)

(a) Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly to remove it. |
|
4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY (w/o Wireless Door Lock System)
|
(a) Disconnect the luggage door lock control cable sub-assembly. |
|
|
(b) Remove the 2 nuts and luggage compartment door lock cylinder assembly. |

5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK CYLINDER RETAINER (w/o Wireless Door Lock System)
|
(a) Disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the luggage compartment door lock cylinder retainer. |

6. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

7. REMOVE REAR LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
8. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

9. REMOVE LUGGAGE ELECTRICAL KEY SWITCH (w/ Smart Key System)

10. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Monitor)

11. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

(a) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the 2 luggage compartment door cushions. |
|
12. REMOVE HOLE PLUG
|
(a) Remove the 2 hole plugs. |
|
13. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY
