DESCRIPTION
The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) communicates with the windshield wiper motor assembly and rain sensor via LIN communication. If a malfunction occurs in the LIN communication line and a communication error occurs, this DTC is stored.

CHECK FOR DTC |
(a) Clear the DTCs.

Body Electrical > Main Body > Clear DTCs
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON and wait for at least 10 seconds.
(c) Check for DTCs.

DTC B1373 is not output

(a) Disconnect the P6 rain sensor connector.
(b) Clear the DTCs.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU [MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU] - RAIN SENSOR AND BODY GROUND) |
(a) Disconnect the G43 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.
(b) Disconnect the P6 rain sensor connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
