INSPECTION

1. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Driver Side)

(a) w/o Occupant Classification System:

(1) Check the resistance.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly LH.
3 (+) - 2 (E)	Seat belt unfastened	Below 1 Ω
3 (+) - 2 (E)	Seat belt fastened	10 kΩ or higher

*a	Component without harness connected (Front Seat Inner Belt Assembly LH)

(b) w/ Occupant Classification System:

(1) Check the resistance.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly LH.
N35-3 (LSP-) - z18-1	Always	Below 1 Ω
N35-4 (LSP+) - z18-2	Always	Below 1 Ω

2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for Front Passenger Side)

(a) w/o Occupant Classification System:

(1) Check the resistance.

Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
If the result is not as specified, replace the front seat inner belt assembly RH.
M38-3 (+) - M38-2 (E)	Seat belt unfastened	Below 1 Ω
M38-3 (+) - M38-2 (E)	Seat belt fastened	10 kΩ or higher
M38-5 (+) - A-1	Always	Below 1 Ω
M38-4 (E) - A-3	Always	Below 1 Ω
