DESCRIPTION
The parking brake ECU assembly receives the wheel speed information of each wheel from the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) via CAN communication.
This DTC is stored when a malfunction occurs in the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly).

|
One of the following conditions is met:
-
When the power switch is on (IG), all speed sensor malfunction signals input from the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) continue for approximately 0.3 seconds or more.

When the power switch is on (IG), brake system malfunction signal input from the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) continues for approximately 0.3 seconds or more.
-
When the parking brake is not operating while driving and the power switch is on (IG), an operating signal is input from the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) for approximately 0.3 seconds or more when the parking brake ECU assembly is not outputting an operation request signal.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
NOTICE:
When replacing the parking brake ECU assembly, operate the electric parking brake switch (integration control and panel assembly) from the lock side to the release side, as the parking brake indicator light blinks when the power switch is first turned on (IG).
