DESCRIPTION

for HV Model:

  • The skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) sends a stop light operation request signal to the stop light control relay (stop light switch assembly). When the skid control ECU (brake booster with master cylinder assembly) detects a malfunction relating to the stop light circuit, the forward recognition camera is notified via CAN communication, and C142571 is output.

for Gasoline Model:

  • The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) sends a stop light operation request signal to the stop light control relay (stop light switch assembly). When the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) detects a malfunction relating to the stop light circuit, the forward recognition camera is notified via CAN communication, and C142571 is output.

  • Once 3 seconds elapse after turning the ignition switch to ON, the system receives a stop light circuit malfunction signal from the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) for approximately 1 second or more.
