1. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Parking Support Brake System)

2. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Parking Support Brake System)

3. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Parking Support Brake System)

4. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Parking Support Brake System)
(a) for Bar Type Radiator Grille:
(1) Disengage the 7 clamps to remove the No. 4 engine room wire.
(b) for Mesh Type Radiator Grille:
(1) Disengage the 12 clamps to remove the No. 4 engine room wire.
5. REMOVE MILLIMETER WAVE RADAR SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Pre-collision System)

6. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws. |
|
(b) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front license plate bracket sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

7. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws. |
|
(b) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front license plate bracket sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD LH (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Remove the front bumper pad LH. |
|
9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD RH (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD LH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Disengage the 2 claws and guide to remove the front bumper pad LH. |

11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD RH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
12. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System)
for Bar Type Radiator Grille:

13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER INSERT (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System)
(a) for Mesh Type Radiator Grille:

(1) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the front bumper cover insert. |

14. REMOVE FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Panoramic View Monitor System)

15. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER (for TRD)
(a) Remove the 2 screws and 2 clips.
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(c) Disengage the 30 claws to remove the front spoiler.
16. REMOVE HOOD TO FRONT END PANEL SEAL
|
(a) Disengage the 6 clips. |
|
(b) Separate the double-sided tape and disengage the guide to remove the hood to front end panel seal.

17. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the screw. |
|
|
(b) Disengage the 4 claws and guide to remove the radiator grille emblem assembly. |

18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER RETAINER
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(a) Remove the screw. |
|
(b) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper upper retainer.
19. REMOVE FRONT CENTER BUMPER BAR (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Remove the 2 clips. |
|
(b) Remove the 4 screws and front center bumper bar.
20. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws. |
|
|
(b) Disengage the 10 claws and guide to remove the radiator grille. |
|
21. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Remove the 2 clips. |
|
|
(b) Remove the 10 screws. |
|
|
(c) Disengage the 8 claws to remove the radiator grille. |
|
22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING LH (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Remove the 5 screws. |
|
|
(b) Disengage the 3 claws and 2 guides to remove the front bumper side moulding LH. |

23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING RH (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
24. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
(a) except TRD:
|
(1) Remove the 4 clips. |
|
|
(2) Remove the clip. |
|
|
(3) Disengage the 6 claws to remove the fog light cover LH. |
|
(b) for TRD:
|
(1) Disengage the 6 claws to remove the fog light cover LH. |
|
25. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
26. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
(a) except TRD:
|
(1) Remove the screw. |
|
|
(2) Disengage the 8 claws and guide to remove the lower radiator grille moulding LH. |
|
27. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
except TRD:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
28. REMOVE LOWER CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
(a) except TRD:

(1) Remove the screw. |
|
(2) Disengage the 4 claws and guide to remove the lower center radiator grille moulding.
29. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Bar Type Radiator Grille)
|
(a) Remove the 4 screws. |
|
(b) Disengage the 17 claws to remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly.
30. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
(a) except TRD:
|
(1) Remove the 4 screws. |
|
(2) Disengage the 24 claws and 6 guides to remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly.
(b) for TRD:
|
(1) Remove the 2 screws. |
|
(2) Disengage the 18 claws to remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly.
31. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING LH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)

(a) Remove the 2 clips. |
|
|
(b) Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the front bumper side moulding LH. |
|
32. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOULDING RH (for Mesh Type Radiator Grille)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
33. REMOVE PIN HOLD CLIP
(a) Disengage the 4 claws to remove the 2 pin hold clips as shown in the illustration.

34. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER
(a) Remove the 2 front fender liner retainers as shown in the illustration.

35. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
(a) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the No. 2 front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

36. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
(a) Disengage the 4 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber as shown in the illustration.

37. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
(a) Remove the headlight assembly LH.

(b) Remove the headlight assembly RH.
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

(c) Disengage the 5 clamps. |
|
(d) Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement.
38. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

(a) Remove the bolt. |
|
(b) Disengage the 2 clips to remove the front bumper side retainer LH as shown in the illustration.
