Steering Angle Sensor Failure

DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored if the television camera controller receives a signal via CAN communication from the steering sensor that indicates an internal malfunction.
This DTC is stored if the rear television camera assembly receives a signal via CAN communication from the steering sensor that indicates an internal malfunction.

NOTICE:

When "!" is displayed on the radio and display receiver assembly after the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal, correct the steering angle neutral point.

1.	CHECK DTC OUTPUT

(a) Clear the DTCs.

(b) Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output.

2.	REPLACE STEERING SENSOR

(a) Replace the steering sensor with a normally functioning one.
