PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for LH Side)
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws. |
|
(b) Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.
2. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)
|
(a) Remove the 2 nuts. |
|
|
(b) Disengage the 15 hooks. |
|
(c) Remove the rear side seatback cover with pad from the rear side seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

4. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)
(a) Remove the rear side seatback cover sub-assembly LH from the rear side seatback pad LH.
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH (for RH Side)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
6. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
8. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
9. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST COVER (for TMMK Made)
HINT:
Use the same procedure for the LH side and RH side.
(a) w/ Removable Headrest:
|
(1) Disengage the hook. |
|
(2) Remove the rear seat headrest cover from the rear seat headrest pad sub-assembly.
10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for LH Side)
|
(a) Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel. |
|
11. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)
|
(a) Open the 2 fasteners as shown in the illustration. |
|
(b) for TMC Made:
|
(1) Disengage the 4 hooks. |
|
(2) Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

(1) Disengage the 2 hooks. |
|
(2) Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for LH Side)
(a) for TMMK Made with Removable Headrest:
(1) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)
(a) for TMC Made:
(1) Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 claws and remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER (for RH Side)
(a) for TMC Made:
(1) Disengage the 2 claws.

(2) Disengage the pin and remove the rear seatback hinge cover as shown in the illustration.
(b) for TMMK Made:
(1) Remove the bolt and rear seatback hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

15. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)
(a) for TMC Made:
|
(1) Remove the bolt and bush. |
|
(b) for TMMK Made:
|
(1) Remove the bush. |
|
(c) Disengage the pin and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

16. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made)
(a) for RH Side:

(1) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration. |
|
(2) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

17. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made)
(a) for RH Side:
|
(1) Open the fastener as shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat center armrest cover sub-assembly from the rear seat center armrest pad sub-assembly. |

18. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE (for RH Side)
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws. |
|
(b) Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.
19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for RH Side)
|
(a) Disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel. |
|
20. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)
|
(a) Open the 2 fasteners as shown in the illustration. |
|
(b) for TMC Made:
|
(1) Disengage the 6 hooks. |
|
(2) Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH as shown in the illustration.

(1) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

22. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)
(a) for TMC Made:
(1) Disengage the 6 guides.
(2) Using a screwdriver, disengage the 6 claws and remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

23. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT COVER
(a) Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the child restraint seat cover as shown in the illustration.

Use the same procedure for all of the child restraint seat covers.
24. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BASE COVER
(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Disengage the claw and guide to remove the child restraint seat base cover as shown in the illustration.
HINT:
Use the same procedure for all of the child restraint seat base covers.
25. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
(a) for TMC Made:
(1) Disengage the 4 fasteners.

(5) Disengage the 20 hooks.
(6) Using a screwdriver, disengage the 24 claws and remove the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
