PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER BEZEL LH

2. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH
3. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER BEZEL
|
(a) Remove the 4 screws. |
|
(b) Disengage the 4 guides and 4 rear No. 2 seat cover bezels.
4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Disengage the 6 clips to remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly LH. |
|
5. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws. |
|
(b) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seat reclining cover LH.
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws. |
|
(b) Disengage the 2 guides to remove the rear seat reclining cover RH.
7. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT LAP BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER WITH INNER LH
8. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION STOPPER
|
(a) Remove the 2 screws, 2 No. 2 seat cushion stoppers and 2 plate washers. |
|
9. SEPARATE REAR SEAT WIRE LH
|
(a) Remove the hog ring. |
|
(b) Disengage the 5 clips to open the lower part of the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH.
|
(c) Disconnect the fold motor connector to separate the 2 clamps and rear seat wire LH. |
|
10. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Remove the 4 bolts to remove the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH. |
|
11. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 14 hog rings and 2 clips from the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH. |
|
|
(b) Separate the cable and clamp from the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH. |
|
|
(c) While releasing the lock inside the headrest support with a screwdriver, remove the headrest. Text in Illustration
HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use. |
|
13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Disengage the 8 claws to remove the 4 rear No. 2 seat headrest support assemblies. |
|
14. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Remove the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH with the No. 2 seatback pad LH from the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly LH.
|
(b) Remove the 6 hog rings to remove the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly LH from the No. 2 seatback pad LH. |
|
15. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE LH
|
(a) Disconnect the 2 fold seat control ECU connectors. |
|
(b) Disconnect the 2 reclining motor connectors.
(c) Disengage the 3 clamps.
16. REMOVE FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU
17. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER
|
(a) Remove the screw. |
|
(b) Remove the clip and rear seatback hinge cover.
18. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
19. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
20. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Disengage the 6 clips. |
|
(b) Remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly with the No. 2 seat cushion pad LH from the No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.
|
(c) Remove the 5 hog rings. HINT: Pull the straps of the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH through the openings in the No. 2 seat cushion pad LH. |
|
(d) Remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly LH from the No. 2 seat cushion pad LH.
21. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER
|
(a) Disengage the 2 clamps to separate the wire harness from the rear seat cover. |
|
(b) Remove the 2 screws and rear seat cover.
22. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH
|
(a) Remove the 3 No. 3 rear seat protectors. |
|
|
(b) Remove the No. 2 seat cushion spring assembly LH. |
