Interview the customer to confirm the following:
- History of brake fluid replacement.
- Whether the engine was stopped intentionally when driving.
- Whether the brake and accelerator pedals were depressed simultaneously.

If the Techstream cannot communicate with the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly), inspect the CAN communication system (See page

If there is no response from the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly), inspect the IG1 circuit of the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) (See page
