2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
3. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for AWD)
4. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for 2WD)
5. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (for AWD)
6. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 2)

(a) Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor (for bank 2) from the front exhaust pipe assembly. SST: 09224-00012 NOTICE: If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace heated oxygen sensor (for bank 2). |

7. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (for Bank 1)

(a) for 2WD: SST: 09224-00012 (1) Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor (for bank 1) from the front exhaust pipe assembly. NOTICE: If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace heated oxygen sensor (for bank 1). |

(b) for AWD:
(1) Using SST, remove the heated oxygen sensor (for bank 1) from the No. 3 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

NOTICE:
If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace heated oxygen sensor (for bank 1).
