1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY AND FAN ASSEMBLY WITH MOTOR

2. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING BRACKET
HINT:
Securely support the automatic transaxle using a jack.
|
(a) Disconnect the 2 vacuum hoses from the vacuum surge tank. |
|
|
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and vacuum surge tank from the front engine mounting bracket. |
|
|
(c) Remove the 5 bolts and front engine mounting bracket from the automatic transaxle assembly and front engine mounting insulator assembly. |

3. REMOVE DUTY VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE

4. REMOVE FRONT ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the hole plug. |
|
|
(b) Remove the 3 nuts and front engine mounting insulator assembly. |
