- The procedure described below is for the LH side.
PROCEDURE
1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL ASSEMBLY
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (See page

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (See page
).
3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (See page
).
4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR NO. 1 STIFFENER CUSHION
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (See page
).
5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (See page
).
6. SEPARATE FRONT DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER

(a) Separate the front door service hole cover to the extent that the outer rear view mirror connector can be disconnected. |
|
7. REMOVE OUTER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Disconnect the connector. |
|
(b) Remove the 3 nuts.
(c) Disengage the claw and remove the outer rear view mirror.
8. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR GLASS
9. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Position Memory System)
10. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER (w/o HID Headlight System)

(a) Disengage the 8 claws and remove the outer mirror cover. |

11. REMOVE OUTER MIRROR COVER (w/ HID Headlight System)

(a) Disengage the 8 claws and remove the outer mirror cover. |

12. REMOVE SIDE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/ HID Headlight System)
