DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE BACK DOOR CENTER GARNISH

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and 5 clips to remove the back door center garnish.

2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and 15 clips to remove the back door trim board assembly.

3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH

(a) Disengage the 3 clips to remove the back door side garnish RH.

4. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR ROD (w/ Power Back Door)

(a) Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, remove the 2 stop rings and power back door rod. Text in Illustration *a Protective Tape

5. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH

(a) Disengage the 2 clips to remove the back door side garnish LH.

6. REMOVE UPPER BACK DOOR STAY BRACKET (w/ Power Back Door)

(a) Disengage the clamp.

(b) Remove the 2 bolts and upper back door stay bracket.

7. REMOVE BACK DOOR INSIDE HANDLE

(a) Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws to remove the back door inside handle.

8. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR WARNING BUZZER (w/ Power Back Door)

9. REMOVE REAR SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY

10. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

11. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

12. REMOVE NO. 2 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

13. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

14. REMOVE NO. 3 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

15. REMOVE NO. 4 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

16. REMOVE NO. 10 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

17. REMOVE NO. 5 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

18. REMOVE NO. 6 REAR SPOILER PROTECTOR

19. REMOVE REAR WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY

20. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR GROMMET

21. REMOVE REAR WIPER MOTOR AND BRACKET ASSEMBLY

22. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Back Door)

23. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

24. REMOVE BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

25. REMOVE REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY

26. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/o Power Back Door)

27. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY (w/ Power Back Door)

28. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Power Back Door)

29. REMOVE POWER BACK DOOR SENSOR ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Power Back Door)

30. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE MALE STOPPER LH

(a) Remove the 2 bolts and back door side male stopper LH.

31. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE MALE STOPPER RH

HINT:

Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

32. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (for 10 Speakers)

33. REMOVE LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY

34. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

35. REMOVE REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
