DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the connector.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and air conditioning amplifier.

2. REMOVE NO. 4 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 4 air duct as shown in the illustration

3. REMOVE NO. 1 BLOWER DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and No. 1 blower damper servo.

4. REMOVE BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 3 screws and blower with fan motor.

5. REMOVE AIR FILTER COVER PLATE

(a) Disengage the 2 claws and air filter cover plate.

6. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER

(a) Remove the clean air filter.
