DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER BEZEL RH

2016 - 2020 MY Sienna [12/2015 -        ]; SEAT: POWER SEAT SWITCH(for Rear No. 2 Seat): REMOVAL+

2. REMOVE REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH

2016 - 2020 MY Sienna [12/2015 -        ]; SEAT: POWER SEAT SWITCH(for Rear No. 2 Seat): REMOVAL+

3. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER BEZEL

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Disengage the 2 guides and 2 rear No. 2 seat cover bezels.

4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Disengage the 7 clips and remove the rear seat seatback board sub-assembly RH.

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER LH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat reclining cover LH.

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER RH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.

(b) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat reclining cover RH.

7. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

2016 - 2020 MY Sienna [12/2015 -        ]; SEAT BELT: REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY(for RH Side): REMOVAL+

8. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION STOPPER

(a) Remove the 2 screws, 2 No. 2 seat cushion stoppers and 2 plate washers.

9. SEPARATE REAR SEAT WIRE RH

(a) Disengage the 4 clips and open the lower part of the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly RH.

(b) Disconnect the fold motor connector and separate the 2 clamps and rear seat wire RH.

10. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the 4 bolts and remove the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

11. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 10 hog rings and 2 clips from the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH.

(b) Separate the cable clamp from the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

(c) While releasing the lock inside the headrest support with a screwdriver, remove the headrest.

HINT:

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

12. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest support assemblies.

13. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly with the No. 2 seatback pad RH from the No. 2 seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

(b) Remove the 6 hog rings and remove the No. 2 seatback cover sub-assembly RH from the No. 2 seatback pad RH.

14. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE RH

(a) Disconnect the 2 fold seat control ECU connectors.

(b) Disconnect the 2 reclining motor connectors.

(c) Disconnect the 3 clamps.

15. REMOVE FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU

2016 - 2020 MY Sienna [12/2015 -        ]; SEAT: POWER SEAT CONTROL ECU(for Rear No. 2 Seat): REMOVAL+

16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER

(a) Remove the screw.

(b) Remove the clip and rear seatback hinge cover.

17. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER

(a) Disengage the 4 clamps and separate the wire harness from the rear seat cover.

(b) Remove the 2 screws and rear seat cover.

18. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Disengage the 4 clips.

(b) Remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly RH with No. 2 seat cushion pad RH from the rear No. 2 seat cushion frame sub-assembly RH.

(c) Remove the 6 hog rings.

(d) Remove the No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly RH from the No. 2 seat cushion pad RH.

19. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the 3 No. 3 rear seat protectors.

(b) Remove the No. 2 seat cushion spring assembly RH.
