PROCEDURE
1. PRECAUTION
NOTICE:
After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (See page
).
2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for LH side (See page
).
4. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH (for Manual Seat)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for LH side (See page
).
5. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Manual Seat)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for LH side (See page
).
6. REMOVE FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH (for Power Seat)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for LH side (See page
).
7. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD (for Manual Seat)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for LH side (See page
).
8. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD (for Power Seat)
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for LH side (See page).
9. REMOVE FRONT SEAT AIRBAG SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Remove the 3 nuts. |

(b) Disengage the clamps to remove the front seat airbag sub-assembly RH. CAUTION:
