PROCEDURE

1.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK - BATTERY)

(a) Disconnect the 2K and 2F instrument panel junction block assembly connectors.

(b) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Voltage:

(a) Disconnect the 2D instrument panel junction block assembly connector.

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (INTERNAL CIRCUIT)

(a) Remove the main body ECU from instrument panel junction block assembly (See page 2016 - 2020 MY Sienna [12/2015 -        ]; POWER DISTRIBUTION: MAIN BODY ECU: REMOVAL ).

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
