DESCRIPTION
In the dynamic radar cruise control system, the ECM and the driving support ECU communicate with one another to control the system based on some designation information. If the designation information of the ECM and driving support ECU is different or the driving support ECU is malfunctioning, this DTC is recorded.

(b) Perform the following to make sure that the DTC detection conditions are met.
HINT:
If the detection conditions are not met, the malfunction cannot be detected.
(1) Drive the vehicle at a speed of 50 km/h (30 mph) or more.
(2) Turn the cruise control main switch on.
