INSTALLATION
PROCEDURE
1. INSTALL ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/o Oil Cooler)

(a) Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly. Text in Illustration
Adhesive: Toyota Genuine Adhesive 1344, Three Bond 1344 or equivalent |

(b) Using a deep socket wrench, install the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Torque:
15 N·m {153 kgf·cm, 11 ft·lbf}
NOTICE:
Do not start the engine for at least 1 hour after installation.
(c) Connect the engine oil pressure switch assembly connector.
2. INSTALL ENGINE OIL PRESSURE SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Oil Cooler)

(a) Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads of the engine oil pressure switch assembly. Text in Illustration

(b) Using a deep socket wrench, install the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
Torque:
15 N·m {153 kgf·cm, 11 ft·lbf}
NOTICE:
Do not start the engine for at least 1 hour after installation.
(c) Connect the engine oil pressure switch assembly connector.
3. INSPECT FOR OIL LEAK
(a) Start the engine.
(b) Check for engine oil leaks from the engine oil pressure switch assembly.
4. CHECK ENGINE OIL LEVEL

5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER APRON SEAL RH (w/ Oil Cooler)
6. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (w/o Oil Cooler)
7. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL RH (w/ Oil Cooler)
Torque:
103 N·m {1050 kgf·cm, 76 ft·lbf}
