Front Side Door Stationary Window Replacement
Warning: Refer to Glass and Sheet Metal Handling Warning.
- Pull the front side door window outer weatherstrip up from the lower dividing post beltline (1) to release from the inner glass run channel.
- Work your way around the window frame and remove the front side door window outer weatherstrip (1).
- Starting at the top of the dividing post beltline pull down on the front side door window inner weatherstrip (1).
- Work your way around the window frame and remove the front side door window inner weatherstrip (1).
- Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Bolt(1)»Remove
- Remove the front side door window channel lower adjuster access hole plug (1).
- Front Side Door Stationary Window Bolt(1)»Remove
- Slide the front side door stationary window down and rearward to remove.
- Front Side Door Stationary Window(1)»Remove
- Install the front side door stationary window into the belt opening at an angle and roll forward.
- Front Side Door Stationary Window(1)»Install
- Front Side Door Stationary Window Bolt(1)»Install and tighten—Fastener Specifications
- Install the front side door window channel lower adjuster access hole plug (1).
- Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Bolt(1)»Install and tighten—Fastener Specifications
- Front Side Door Window Inner Weatherstrip(1)»Install
- Ensure the front side door window inner weatherstrip are pressed firmly into the corners.
- Install the front side door window outer weatherstrip (1).
- Ensure the front side door window outer weatherstrip are pressed firmly into the corners.
- Check the window for proper operation.
