Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Seal[4x]

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle.Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Note: The proper position of the underbody skid shield is between the underbody splash shield and the front frame.

  2. Steering Gear Skid Shield Bolt(1)»Remove[2x]
  3. Underbody Splash Shield Bolt(3)»Remove[2x]
  4. Steering Gear Skid Shield(2)»Remove
  5. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.

  6. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut(1)»Remove

    7. Object ID: 5627087

    Note: Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.

  7. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe(1)»Reposition
  8. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Seal(2)»Remove and DISCARD[2x]

    Note: Cap the fittings and plug the holes when removing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.

  11. Remove the drain pan.
