Front Floor Console Extension Panel Replacement - Left Side (Terrain)

Removal Procedure

  1. Reposition the seat as necessary to access the bolts.

  3. Front Floor Console Extension Panel Bolt(1)»Remove

  4. Note the location of the front floor console extension panel (1) retainers and tabs to help in the removal of the panel.
  5. Open the armrest cover.

  6. Start at the rear and work your way forward when releasing the front floor console extension panel (1) retainers.
  7. Use a plastic trim tool if necessary.

  8. Pull the front floor console extension panel (1) rearward to clear the tabs from the instrument panel knee bolster.

Installation Procedure

  1. Insert the front floor console extension panel (1) tabs into the instrument panel knee bolster slots.

  2. Working you way rearward engage the front floor console extension panel (1) retainers.
  3. Close the armrest cover.

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution.

  4. Front Floor Console Extension Panel Bolt(1)»Install and tighten2.5N·m(22 lb in)
