    Note: Ensure care when repositioning Nitrogen Oxides Sensor 2. Do NOT bend the cable sharply at the base of either the sensing unit or sensor ECU in the final mounting position.

  3. Exhaust Muffler(2)»Remove
  4. Exhaust Front Pipe Gasket(3)»Remove and DISCARD

  5. Exhaust Muffler Assembly (1)»Remove
Installation Procedure

  1. With the aid of an assistant, position and install the exhaust muffler assembly.(1)

    Note: Install a NEW gasket.

  2. Exhaust Front Pipe Gasket(3)»Install
  3. Exhaust Muffler(2)»Install

    4. CautionFastener Caution

  4. Exhaust Front Pipe Nut(1)»Install and tighten[2x]22 N·m  (16 lb ft)

    5. Note: Ensure care when repositioning Nitrogen Oxides Sensor 2. Do NOT bend the cable sharply at the base of either the sensing unit or sensor ECU in the final mounting position.

  6. If the replacing the Exhaust Muffler with new, perform the NOx Catalyst Reset. NOx Catalyst Reset
