Brake Master Cylinder Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Apply and release the brake pedal several times until the brake pedal becomes firm to deplete the power brake booster vacuum reserve.

  3. Radiator Surge Tank(1)»Remove—Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
  4. Remove and properly dispose of the brake fluid in the master cylinder reservoir.

  5. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Fitting(1)»Disconnect
  6. Cap the pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.

  8. Cap the pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
