Drive Belt Replacement
Removal Procedure
  1. Front Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side»Remove—Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side

    2. Object ID: 4580873
  2. Rotate the drive belt tensioner (1) counterclockwise and hold tension.

    3. Note: It is NOT necessary to remove the engine mount bracket (3) to remove the belt. Once the drive belt has been removed from the pulleys, navigate the belt past the engine mount bracket to remove.

  3. Drive Belt(2)»Remove
  4. Slowly release the tension on the drive belt tensioner.(1)
Installation Procedure

  1. Apply tension to the drive belt tensioner (1) by rotating counterclockwise and hold tension.

    2. Note: Navigate the belt (2) past the engine mount bracket (3) and properly install.

  2. Drive Belt(2)»Install
  3. Slowly release the tension on the drive belt tensioner.(1)
  4. Inspect the drive belt for proper installation and alignment.

  6. Lower the vehicle.
